Seems only yesterday I was living it up in the Big Smoke, Camden, Highbury, Shepherd's Bush...the best 'Orish folk in London...all of the best part of 40 years ago now, FFS!

Anyway, this takes me back to those times...think the Hammersmith gig was one where Shane fucked off half way through a song, pissed up and did not return.
No one was happy in the crowd but the remaining Pogues did a decent set and me and my mate had two bottles of Teacher's whiskey to sup (uugghh, rough as fuck as I remember, but did not complain on the night) so a good night in the end.
Shane, RIP you ald fucker...and sweetheart Kirsty!
