I don't appreciate the passive-aggressive snark. For the record, I feel entitled to criticise Hallam et al because I gave a significant amount of time and effort to support his previous causes, particularly XR, only to see it turn into yet another pointless NGO. Also, I think that 'doing something' counterproductive is worse than doing nothing, especially if it takes energy away from other approaches. So the criticisms (which you haven't addressed, I note) can be valid, and even productive if they stop people investing their scarce resources into a dead end.

Finally, speaking of 'scorn', you've recently been coming out with a lot of harsh criticism of this board and those who comment on it, eg:
