If he knows the identity of the perpetrator should he then not be arrested for withholding it? Also, what about the warnings? I used to know a lady, the older sister of a 19 year old girl murdered that night. She said it was thought warnings had been made but were withheld so maximum carnage would ensue. Which would make those that withheld the info also accessories to murder. |
