The first sign that something was wrong with Emilian Gebrev was an itchy, bloodshot eye after a dinner in April 2015. The next day he had strange visions of flashing lasers, followed by uncontrollable vomiting - As a migraine sufferer, it strikes me immediately that these are symptoms of severe Hemiplegic migraine: "The symptoms and severity can vary considerably among people with hemiplegic migraine.
