I suppose that's one question, i.e. how everyone who rejects this decision got into the "weird political position" of adhering to principle and not allowing themselves to be cowed by mendacious establishment smears as you and the Labour leadership have just done. A better one would be why you consider this principled refusal to toe the party line - also known as integrity - to be "weird", though I'm sure your editors see it in a similar light.
