No, no, no, not 'unbroken cellophane' but the kind of plastic used in packs of bacon Archived Message

At least according to one of many statements made by Charlie Rowley, each one usually contradicting in whole or part his earlier ones. I thought at first when it was claimed that the perfume bottle was still in its box wrapped in cellophane "OK, GRU agents must carry a cellophane-wrapping machine as part of their assassination kit" but I own to being a tad perplexed about the bacon-packet-wrapping machine. Are back-pack sized ones even available? Also, didn't the OPCW say that the substance used in Amesbury was 'not known to them' as a chemical weapon and they had to create an additional category in their database to record it as such? So, clearly, whatever was found there could not have been 'novichok' because that was known to them. Strange how Porton Down managed to identify a substance not known to the OPCW so quickly.
