There's no need to refer to this particular bit of hypocrisy in castigating the US in its treatment of Russia following its re-annexation of the Crimea. I believe Russia was basically forced, by the US and Europe, with their interference in Ukraine, to act as it did, and Russia probably prevented a civil war and thousands of lives lost and much infrastructure destroyed. The population of Crimea was never culturally or linguistically part of Ukraine, and a perfectly adequate referendum was massively in favour of returning to Russian control. The Golan Heights is a separate issue, and shouldn't be judged by any reference to the Crimea. Yes , you could consider this as "proof" of US hypocrisy, but that isn't required; hypocrisy is a permanent principle of US foreign policy - the two are synonymous.
