There's an excellent case for the entire "Labour Friends of Israel" membership being "guilty of behaviour that is prejudicial to the party. " Of course that would never happen even though there's much more evidence to support that than in this case. The charge is so vague and woolly its utterly meaningless whilst Walkers apparent guilt or innocence now hangs on a totally subjective decision by a mere three members of Labour’s national constitutional committee. All you have to do is select the right people or apply enough pressure to nobble two members and that's game over. Of course the charge being changed to one which is a mere matter of prejudice or opinion makes things easy because it requires no evidence to convict. Good luck to her. She may need it.
