What does 'Populists' actually mean? Its a somewhat strange group criteron. Here's how it goes: apparently people were "...identified as firm populists on the basis of answers to questions in the survey..." So...it's a circular definition in effect: "Populists are defined by believing what we define populists as believing" - If anyone can't see that for the Tommyrot it is they deserve to be working for the Gruniad...
