We're dealing with 'Courts' here, not just one Court. It'll take a long time and with a new Home Secretary and another climate, things could change. The lower Judges, like in the bail case, aren't made of the same stuff as High Court Judges or the Supreme Court. A lot depends on how the Americans handle their case and how much legal priniciple is involved. The UK courts can't be seen to just roll over for the Americans and show blatant bias against Assange, though things don't look too promising, but there are grounds for hope that this'll drag on for a number of years and who knows who might be Home Secretary then?
