...and oh boy is there an illwill where Julian is concerned. In view of the ubervenality of T. May, and all the other monsters involved in destroying the man, I agree with those that suggest she will want to see him spirited away asap -- I doubt there will be the degree of shilly shallying that we saw with her oversight of the Abu Hamza debacle. See this section of the CPS legal guidance: If the requested person does not consent to extradition, the court will consider whether: •the conduct described in the warrant amounts to an extradition offence; •any of the statutory bars to extradition apply; •there is prima facie evidence of guilt (if applicable, see below); •extradition would be disproportionate or would be incompatible with the requested person’s human rights. If the 2 judges that have thus far dealt with Julian since he was stolen away are anything to go by they will say in response to those 4 bullet points respectively: YES / NO / YES / NO. I hope I am wrong.
