What the Guardian is arguing, stating; is that according to their own legal experts and this was confirmed by the High Court, the process in Sweden, the allegations an claims... 'amount' to priliminary charges, even if they haven't actually issued any yet, after close to ten years! This is problematic because the Guardian's UK legal experts, and this goes for the New Statesman too, aren't actually experts in extradition law or Swedish law either. The Guardian still, won't address the fundamental questions. Like, if the Swedish case is so strong against Assange, strong enough to warrant such an epensive and protracted legal odessy; why isn't it strong enough, already, for them to charge his with something concrete? Or what possible extra questions could the Swedes have to put to Assange in yet another interview, that they haven't asked him already? Why do they need to interview him over and over again? There are so many questions that stare one in the face, that the Guardian refuses to address, why? Because to do so would show that there's something not normal and very fishy about the entire process against Assange, so, it's better to not even go there, in case the whole thing begins to unravel.
