Powerful version of a powerful song, and very apropos, thanks Ken. No need to dissect the psychology of scabs - or propagandists - in an era when the battle lines are so starkly drawn. My paraphrase of one stanza to fit our theme applied to the UK, circa 2003:
They say in British Media There are no neutrals there. You'll either be against the war Or a thug for Tony Blair.
Which side are you on boys? Which side are you on? Which side are you on boys? Which side are you on?
And really these are questions of basic truth and justice, not psychology. With Libya, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Yemen in ruins, anyone who cheer-leads such atrocities is on the wrong side. In the final analysis who gives a shit whether the thugs for Tony Blair or Adolph Hitler "sincerely" think they're on the side of righteousness?
