Britain provided time, the US equipment and the USSR (and China) the blood. Keep a sense of perspective though, the Allies established an intercontinental division of labour, within the constraints of fighting two wars at once. Had no lend lease gone to the USSR, Italy might have swapped sides and France might have been invaded earlier. That said, the Red Army would not have pulverised the Ostheer so comprehensively.... What ifs? multiply like a Rubik cube.
