..."Essential to an ongoing investigation into charges or targets that are not included in the superseding indictment (against Assange)". This is why Assange can't be extradited: he'd get to the US and find further unexpected trumped-up charges relating to as yet undisclosed 'targets' ... on top of the 18 current ones. British law needs to do itself proud and demonstrate what it's made of, in this case.
