Apparently anyone can make a complaint about a judge in the UK. Judicial Conduct Investigations Office - How to make a complaint http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk/making-a-complaint/
James Arbuthnot - husband of Chief Magistrate in Assange case, Emma Arbuthnot - is apparently referred to 58 times in Wikileaks databases. Would this not be reason for Arbuthnot to recuse herself? Why has she refused to do so?
