Sounds as if Joe Public can only complain if the Judge is drunk.

“We can only deal with complaints about the personal conduct of judicial office holders. This means that we cannot accept complaints about a judge’s decision or the way a judge has managed a case. Please see the ‘What can I complain about?’ page for further information before making a complaint. Complaints which fall outside our remit will be rejected.”

Michael Snow apparently found the notion she should recuse herself a slur on her personal conduct. Perhaps at least one of those references to hubby would have to be disparaging of him or inimical to an organisation that he profits from to show a conflict of interest. Wikileaks itself is not formally on trial, though everyone knows it is really .

She recused herself in a previous case. The Baroness must have known all about her husband’s links to Ueber before they were publicly exposed. Had she not jumped, presumably someone higher up had the power to push her.
