Another one is that the act which occasioned the extradition request must be considered a crime in both countries. But of all the relevant legal principles and rules, this one alone should be enough: In all extradition cases, the judge has to consider whether or not extradition would be compatible with the requested person’s human rights. Only a totally corrupt, lying, deep-state quisling would assert such compatibility in this case or declare journalism a crime in the UK. Which means Assange is in trouble.
