The sight of Hunt on the stage, and presence of other establishment assets, along with the Frontline club event on Tuesday that prefaced this, puts it all in the IfS camp or the "OIP" camp as it's now reborn. What is more, for us Australians who have not heard sight nor sound of our FM Marise Payne, it was something of a surprise to see her pop up in the audience, of all places, as if she had gone to the home of the 5 eyes just for a conference on media! I presume it was to discuss coordination over war on Iran and Syria and Russia and China, while here in OZ the huge Talisman Sabre exercises take place involving the 5 eyes partners. Our media has never asked Payne what our position is on Iran, nor has she volunteered. It can only be a D notice. Instead we are talking about Aboriginal recognition in the constitution, and the latest advances in space exploration. and Trump's latest indiscretions. Nay guisin!
