Archived Message Posted by Gerard on July 25, 2019, 5:37 pm Hot news...my Frontline Debt advice advocate, "Tim" rang me to tell me that the DWP have offered me a PIP settlement without recourse to tribunal (we having already gone through the mandatory reconsideration process and failed and subsequently been offered a tribunal hearing), I have accepted (backdated to last Sept. when we initially submitted my claim), the strange thing is I was awarded nil points after my assessment....I have submitted further evidence as my referrals have been made (finally), and this must have swung it....it's the first truly good news I've had for some years having been without my PIP for at least three...shame they don't take that into consideration (my circumstances having not changed that much....medics in bed with the financiers)..the shysters put you through the wringer first..Anyhoo..'tis good news..
