that recent-model sucker-truck (SUV) with the same name? Case of comic linguistic misunderstanding by some oriental car-maker. A Spanish-speaking friend pointed it out to me. Drolly appropriate for the trusty power-servant Humphrys too. Just to be clear, though, 'bradwr' translates as 'traitor'. Sounds great in Cymraeg, with a suitably scorn-laden emphasis on the first syllable: 'br-r-r-AD-oor!'
