like the Scottish court ruling did. Its a different matter, but if the "Supreme Court " rules the prorogation to be likewise non Judiciable then as the Wee Ginger Dug points out: "...according to English law, the suspension of parliament by an overweening government is a matter that can only be dealt with by the parliament that the government has suspended. If the Supreme Court upholds that interpretation, then the UK doesn’t have a constitution, it has a Joseph Heller novel." In effect the catch 22 hands the powers of Parliament to the Executive because it now has a precedent to close it down for as long as it likes on any old pretext: essentially its a coup by the Executive. The Supreme court would be insane to make such a ruling... but hey its Brexit England we are talking where a sizeable number of the population have already totally lost their marbles.
