Nice one for ferreting that one out Mary. How likely is that this will balloon to over £2 billion? Almost guaranteed, I'd say, and if opposed on either counts, the cry will be 'this is for the jobs'. The usual. Need some 'arms into ploughshares' workaround in the LP manifesto to stop this obscenity. Essentially, it's the NATO thing that sticks in my gullet, disobeying the laws of 'physics' i.e. the compatibility with peace. Meanwhile it would be interesting to see if the British arms manufacturers will be vetoed against in the NATO budget. Only kidding  . It's the part and parcel of the scam concocted with our masters over the pond. Agree Anne Marie Trevelyan is tad confused. Fracking and foxhunting ... Will she say no to all the shenanigans by NATO's merchants of death? Hypothetical, of course. We know why she is there. It could be worse
