    I thought Anna Ardin was almost definitely a honey trap rather than some kind of Swedish chic. I had assumed that the accuracy of Julian's feeling about a US extradition was almost certainly a result of inside info as opposed to intuition. And I thought Jemima Khan did pay, if I am not mistaken, 1/4 of Julian's bail money, probably lost forever.

    I agree with what Diana Johnstone says about Julian, and with what she says about the utterly b@stard media, but I think it was perhaps not particularly helpful to cast people who helped him for a while then gave up, like Jemima Khan (and presumably also the frontline club guy with the country house where he stayed), as part of the problem. Perhaps more accurately, they are simply no longer part of the solution.
