Thanks. Newton's Laws of course rule the roost. There was no question about the WTC7 collapse. It was obvious that we had a free fall for 2 odd seconds.
Consider. Why would the structural community wait for Dr. Hulsey to explain that the NIST collapse mechanism due to fire was false and then went on to tell us HOW it happened? The fact that it wasn't fire and that we had a simultaneous failure of columns, pinpointed at certain heights, clearly indicating that skillful severing of columns is at play etc. I hope that goes some way to explain 'why bother'.
The North tower is trickier from that perspective. We have some missing visual data and we had Bezant's 2007 'pile hammer' collapse theory. It seems to me that Asgar has gone a step further and analysed the visual data beyond 4.57 seconds and specifically 7.7 - 9.25 seconds. Please see the graph with 'dip' in the middle at 14:16 of his vid. Clearly we don't have a free fall but progressive collapse in parts. This perhaps indicates how it was demolished.
I am happy to have this analysis as well as refutation of Bezant's theory.
