Leon Galindo-Stenutz (Co-Chair) is the chief executive officer of NetOrganiX, a consulting company committed to harnessing technology and management tools for social change with a focus on youth development. Clients have included The World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, Organization of American States (OAS), USAID, and the National Regional Development Fund. He is an advisor to Entra21-Bolivia, a project sponsored by the International Youth Foundation and Quipus Foundation to engage youth in community development by providing them with digital, leadership, and life skills. Mr. Galindo-Stenutz is the founder of the Emerging Leaders Network, an OAS initiative to democratize leadership development and engage young leaders in social change. As a participant of The World Bank's Working Group on Youth and the Washington, DC-based Inter-Agency Working Group on Youth, he has been advocating greater funding, institutionalization, and recognition of youth in development as a legitimate and urgent field within international development. Mr. Galindo-Stenutz holds degrees in political economy, philosophy, and economics from the School of Advanced International Studies, John Hopkins University, Washington, DC, and Texas A&M University, USA.
