When did he recognize them? Surely not while the charred remains of Yanukovych supporters were still smouldering in Maidan. Had Morales even landed in Mexico when Russia extended this diplomatic fig leaf? Even the lapdog Canadian government - to my astonishment - hasn't recognized the Bolivian fascists officially yet, though I'm sure they will. But fair point, and it's interesting to see that in the supposedly Putin-controlled state media, RT, all you see is condemnation of the US-backed coup, even from conservative wankers like Peter Lavelle. |
