People like Mirvis and his ilk are playing a dangerous game. People like Finkelstein, Robert Cohen and David Graeber have warned us that false accusations of antisemitism are in danger of creating the real thing. If Johnson wins the election and we end up with a no-deal Brexit with all its horrendous consequences, including the ransacking of the NHS, there will be a need for scapegoats. Those that have promoted the 'Labour is institutionally antisemitic' narrative in the interests of the Empire and its Zionist offshoot will be an obvious target. This will include prominent Jewish Zionists. It will be up to those of us on the left to defend the generality of British Jews, who are entirely blameless.
