Before I forget, the 'Bell curve' considered only a couple of parameters out of possible 100 odd. Obviously one would get into a tangle how to synthesise this info  if one aimed for it. And ... assuming one can get the data  . Nevertheless, that would be about as good as one can get to improve this turd of a project. Perhaps this question raised by the 'Bell curve' has a beneficial effect, for the 'other side' recognising this as a plain assault on the working classes (us ... who else? : ))? Seems USA-centric, but amply applies to the UK as an idea  . 'Traditional' conservative thinking etc. At some point connected all to the eugenicist idea. 1933 sterilisation of the US population was about 100,000. Hitler follows etc. Died down a bit as a policy, but some ideas still persist. Anyway, a lot of this was educational and on the subject of education of individuals, and I appreciated it. It would be nice if this was available in a transcribed format ... if wishes were fishes
