We know BBC interviewers are puppy dogs of US imperialism; we should not be surprised when they let Washington spokespersons tickle their tummies. Hear them on Today and PM ponder how far the illegal assassination (=murder) of an Iranian "mastermind" visiting Iraq is really quite prudent from the standpoint of "US interests". Clark rightly situates this crime within the history of an illegally occupied country whose native population is 60 per cent Shia some of whom are known as"Iranian millitias".
