Like the ESI's in French guyana, or Cape Canaveral in Florida (one of the southernmost points in the continental US) and like Kazakhstan for Russia. So that you get the acceleration boost from the spin of the earth. Because it already costs $10,000 per pound weight to launch a payload as it is, which is what everyone is bleating about - people like Musk (STFU, RhG, thanks). So... Whose bright idea was this, I wonder? It should be in the Scilly Isles instead. And.. Will they burn the peat while they are about it? :-)
