They'd cleared half the building and had arms company reps demonstrating machine guns and the like in front of patients and their families, sitting down on chairs in a big line down the center. Can't find a reference to it on the Excel website: https://www.excel.london but it sounds like they do it every other year on odd numbers: https://www.stopthearmsfair.org.uk/about/dsei/history/ so maybe this was an off year anyway.
