Humberside Police pulled over the vehicle in Hull where officers questioned the three men as to where they were heading. Officers searched the car where they found a Tesco shopping bag full to the brim. However, instead of finding essential items purchased from the supermarket, officers pulled out copious amounts of cannabis from the bag. The three men in the vehicle were arrested for drug related offences and are now in police custody. Humberside Police tweeted: “Vehicle stopped by roads policing their shopping in the boot isn’t essential nor was their journey. Three males in custody for drug related offences and driving offences. One vehicle seized, prohibited drugs and phones. Now self-isolating in their own little rooms.”
