Gen Sir Nick Carter Chief of the Defence Staff (appearing with Raab - was it yesterday?) was claiming a lot of the credit for their construction. There was no mention of the vast expenditure in the private sector for the cost of them. PS I still think the use of Florence Nightingale's name by the Tories was disgusting.
