Yes its true, but a regular comprador does not have this privilege. I think a regular comprador is just a collaborator with the foreign elite - a go-between. These people (Scots bastards, if I may use that term) actually ARE the elite, they are entirely accepted into the elite in the full meaning of the word 'union' :-) This is Scottish privilege - you have union, and your bad folks are entirely melded to the English bad folks with complete parity of screwing :-) Keith's phrase comes to mind, here, that the English didn't get to vote.
