From this report, there doesn't seem to be any reason to believe she has mental health issues. She may have been spooked by journalists tailing her, or it could have been state surveillance. If her story is true she was treated brutally, for which her political stance is the only possible explanation on show. It's an interesting point, how legal are the lockdowns - can the right to protest itself be removed? Even if this is constitutional, you'd think it would be reserved for...the black plague.
