I don't think it's known what happened with the police but "Previously, she had apparently behaved in a way that endangered others or herself" is evidently stenography of another vague report. Shouldn't be cited as fact. She says she was thrown about. The very fact there is a prosecution against her (even though the US president called for the same thing, along with millions of people everywhere) shows some state hostility so her story could be true. She was also followed home by two men. Depending how this panned out, the stress might have caused her to throw a wobbly. But reaction to stress or trauma is not necessarily a sign of mental illness and as she has in the very recent past managed to win three legal rounds against the government we shouldn't assume mental illness. BTW I know of more than one person who was sectioned for calling out the wrong people and I've seen utterly bent cases against objecting and articulate patients repeatedly win in tribunals, who are only interested in what the psychiatrist says was a fact. In this arena no conspiracy is necessary, you often have cooperating team members united in ignoring any factual refutations the patient or their helpers provide, and/or not giving a stuff. No doubt that's not always the case, sometimes the patient needs the help at the time and it's all cooperative. It's when the patient has legit objections you see a different side, and rules go into lip service mode, or out the window if necessary. Cheers
