Yes it is statistical sleight of hand - as they well know (because they unfairly exclude doctors over 65) - the mortality is highest in older people who are not working age adults. "(assuming proportionate distribution)" is weasel words. They know it's not proportionate. In fact only 2700 adults younger than 65 have died. 106 healthcare workers is 4% of that population.
