Hates Corbyn coz he wouldn't come on his show! Has a lot of blind spots but loves all frontline workers. Hates Boris, Trump and Brexit. Doesn't hate all Tories, though. Likes Starmer! And Khan. Best thing around, though, if you can put up with the blindspots. Loads of doctors n nurses et al ring in to say they have no PPE the morning after Hancock says everybody now has PPE. They see O'Brien as the man who fights their corner. He read out the names of all the dead nurses, doctors and care staff one morning. Matt Frei (Ch4) is on Sat morning at 10. He's better on the Radio than TV. Not difficult, that. Weekday afternoons you get Sheila Fogarty. She's not bad. Interviews some decent "experts". Early morning you get Nik Ferrari, an out n out Tory. In the evening you get Farage. No kidding. Hates the lockdown. On about how he isn't allowed get in his car and go where there aren't any other humans. I really don't understand why anybody would want to stop him. Talk about looking a gift horse in the mouth! The worst wanker of all is Magik something or other. Sat n Sunday lunchtime? Absolutely adores the idea of herd immunity. And if you dare to ring in and disagree with him about herd immunity that's coz you don't understand it! And he'll explain its wonders to you and the next caller and the next ad nauseam! 100% arrogant moron. I can't listen to him anymore. Jeez, even thinking about him now gets my blood boiling. I'll be up all night... The great thing about a little transistor radio is you can feck it right through the open window without inflicting too much damage on any unsuspecting passerby. If you have a long piece of string attached to it you can even pull it back in again after you calm down. |
