I strapped myself in by trying to post an image, restricting myself to what I could see on the screen. I think the snipping tool would work for one page but won't let me drag down for a bigger page. Yes you solved the problem I put up, thanks. I've had the chance to think about what I want, and I think wanting more columns, I should have been persevering with the data in columns hoping for a break, which I've had. I've discovered I can paste the table into Word and thence to pdf, which saves as an image (the art world has the last laugh, lol) but has the merit that Post Image will allow it to upload (it won't upload Word files it says).
