vulnerability anyway, because of details of their genetic profile. Add to that the obvious fact that darker-skinned people in 'the West' usually suffer socio-economic discrimination that pushes them even further into the particularly-vulnerable category. Makes me worry a bit more for my Afro-Caucasian stepson, now in a rather enhanced at-risk age-group too.
