However, was moving the elderly and vulnerable out of hospitals and into the care homes and community government policy? If yes, where were the protests from NHS management -- at all levels throughout hospitals? Or do they just hide behind "orders are orders"? If no, (i.e. the response to the epidemic was largely left up to individual NHS hospitals), then NHS management is downright incompetent. Either way, NHS management has some serious explaining to do. To top it all, the rest of society must be locked down to stop spreading infection! I'll refrain from clapping.
