Advise wearing your crash helmet on entering. 7 months ago- I was met with some extremely bad and unwelcoming costumer service. When I was simply taking a picture of a cover of a book I was interested in the elderly woman (who I assume to be the owner) grabbed me, snatched the book out of my hand and demanded to know what I was doing. She then went to ramble on about how I need to ask her permission. I was confused, felt attacked, and I don't quite like being grabbed, but I apologized and she continued telling me I should have asked her permission. As I left I noticed she along with the man behind the desk glaring at me.
