'Jump!' without any query at all? Sure, D! BTW, where did you train in TCM herbalism? Shanghai was it? And in Western herbalism? Somewhere distinguished, I imagine? Being a long-time intimate of one who has trained in both of those - and in other known-to-be-safe 'alternative' medical disciplines - and who has over thirty years' clinical experience in their efficacy, as has do her enthusiastic, loyal, and widely-reccomending list of patients - I'd take this Lancet warning with a wheel-barrow of salt. The words 'glass houses' and 'stones' spring to mind... Mind you, that's not to say I'd disagree with Yichang's assertion in the Lancet piece that ALL treatments should be used with caution and with careful observation of results. Cela va sans dire.
