I think you are right and they (U.S. cops) would have lit her ass up as soon as she started throwing hands and probably her mate/camerman too if he got too close during the incident. Not that this makes what the police were doing right of course, but it serves to show how ridiculous the U.S. police have become by comparison. Incidentally, "BLM" seems to have become just one of those things people pledge fealty to, or hashtag, and the actual clamour for change has been removed from the media. Notice the recent outbreak of violence in Chicago with two nights of widespread rioting after a black kid got shot dead by police and how little coverage it got. Admittedly that case isn't the same as the George Floyd murder but it still suggests the word has gone out; soft pedal police brutality/reform stories from now on.
