Willem, Just as a reminder, where I presently reside, which is Hong Kong, we have a Public Health service that mirrors that of the UK, meaning, its both underfunded and has a low number of beds, specifically High Intensity Care Beds comparative to other Mature Asian economies. This said, here in the HKSAR we've been able to curb Covid 19 infections, treat all those with C19 in hospital and maintain emergency treatment for all those with chronic illness, including cancer. This was possible because our health service was geared up, and remains geared up for Pandemics, be they SARS, or, more terrifying, avarian flu, what was Canton being the epicentre of this nasty influenza pathogen - by contrast, the UK & USA are basket cases.
