To understand this, I think it's worth trying to think back to a time before we each had an understanding of how the corporate media works. I know some here were probably born skeptical , but I was in my 30s before it clicked (thanks to David Edward's 'Free to be Human') and it still took a while to embed into my head. Plus, I'm *still* having assumptions challenged, even after twenty years of hanging out here.
I thought The Matrix film was a good analogy - only a few people saw through the illusion, the majority accepted it. Celebrities are naturally more invested in the system that gives them elevated status, so it's probably even harder for the truth to break through their acceptance of the mainstream stories.
