In terms of humans, it's just a foreplay, is it not? For example, I lived in a small island community, in Madeira (middle of the Atlantic) few years ago. Same thing as what is happening in BC, roughly 10 odd years ago. Forrest fires and flooding etc. Enormous impact $/lives. Like I said, imagine the result with 2.5 C. The situation is dire, never mind the $.
