The guardian were blaming Russia earlier this week when it happened. Then it changed to "Poland says it was Russia" then morphed into the "US says unlikely to be Russia" and finally ended up on "Ukraine. Opps.". It certainly could be read as a desperate, and desperately dangerous, false flag by the Ukrainians to try and escalate US/NATO involvement. Given the clear denial by Biden was given before any firm word from the Poles it seems the US knew who was responsible and were making sure they didn't, you know, kick off a nuclear war or anything. If it was a deliberate attempt to escalate, and it was done without US knowledge or approval, it seems the Ukrainians are getting a bit out of hand.
