If this actually happened, it would seem very likely it is part of a wider process to warn or soften up the US, and the Kurds who are backed by the US, that the geopolitics is changing. However before commenting further I'd like to see some sort of confirmation in the MSM or other outlets, that this report is accurate, I have searched the internet and there's nothing there. Whoever actually did this, Russia, Turkey, Syria and Iran would have together have given the nod for this action. They are flexing their muscles, and the US is in their sight.as their common enemy. I wonder how long Turkey will remain in NATO? Perhaps as long as needed to become an ever greater nuisance , for instance, frustrating Finland's and Sweden's bids to join NATO The Duran mentions Turkey's large number of refugees as a powerful lever, if they were to be booted out of the country westward. . Erdogan seems to be losing faith with the West and NATO - I wonder if he has the populace to support this?
